Amendment 6:Right to a Speedy, Public Trial 

The SIxth Amendment states that the defendent will enjoy a speedy(arranged in the soonest time possible)/public trial. Additionally, the defendent will know what he was convicted of, and will be allowed to have a lawyer/attorney. They will also "be confronted with the witness against them, and to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor."
